I begun to keep and ojc of my
jurney through life when I started
to go to Denmark on Mession 1871
the 20 1871 March  I left Fountain Green
started to keep a day book,
so that I might remember
various transactions;
which occurs in journeying
through Nations;
since my return I found it
advisable and wisdom to
keep a correct and distinct
memorandum, of my callings
and various positions in the
Church of Jesus Christ of
Latter Day Saints.
